Your Rate May Be Different.

National averages are only a starting point. Russell Capital Mortgage works with multiple wholesale lenders to compare pricing based on your individual financial profile and financing goals.

How a 7/6 SOFR ARM works

The Mortgage News Daily 7/6 SOFR ARM market average is 6.96%. That introductory rate is fixed for the first seven years only. After that, the rate adjusts every six months based on the SOFR index plus a margin, within caps — so your payment can rise or fall. A fixed-rate mortgage keeps the same rate for the whole loan.

HELOC, DSCR, and specialty programs

Rates vary based on borrower qualifications, property, occupancy, loan structure, and market conditions. Contact Russell Capital Mortgage for current pricing.

Refinance review

Wondering if refinancing makes sense?

Share a few numbers and a licensed Arizona advisor will review whether a refinance fits your goals. We don't promise savings — we show you the math, including costs and break-even.

Lock comparison

15, 30, 45, and 60-day locks price differently. We show the cost of each before you commit.

Points and credits

Buy the rate down or take a lender credit toward closing costs — we model both.

Float-down options

Some lenders let you re-price once if the market improves. We'll tell you when it's worth it.

Rates shown are national market averages reported by Mortgage News Daily for informational purposes only and are not a commitment to lend or an offer of a specific interest rate. Actual rates and APRs vary based on credit profile, loan amount, loan-to-value, property type, occupancy, loan program, points, lock period, and market conditions. Not all applicants will qualify.
